What we expect from vendors
We evaluate peptide samples on objective standards, aiming to improve safety by helping buyers manage their risk exposure, before and after their purchase.
Measurable Quality
Each sample must meet standards for identity, purity, and quantity as advertised, as well as sterility and contamination criteria.
Consistency
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and automate filling processes to ensure all samples in the same batch are consistent, ensure minimal in-batch variation.
Product Identification
Batch IDs on containers, clear information about what's in each sample, recall capability, and publicly accessible batch test results. Simple guide to batch identifiers.
Sincerity and Transparency
Do not distribute doctored Certificates of Analysis (COAs), do not make misleading claims to customers about your products.
Steady Testing Volume
Sufficient volume of samples from each batch reaching Finnrick so we can generate fresh and credible safety data.

File an objection to test data
Finnrick publishes tests of samples submitted by the public, and in principle published test results are not removed. However, if you believe published test data is incorrect, fraudulent, or contains errors, you can file a formal objection through our fair and transparent process.
How does the objection process work?+−
We take data accuracy seriously. If you notice incorrect data about your products on the Finnrick web site, you can file a formal objection with supporting evidence.
We address objections based on:
- Clear laboratory errors acknowledged by the testing facility
- Verified sample mix-ups or chain of custody issues
- Fraudulent or tampered data with verifiable evidence
- Incorrect vendor or product attribution
Correction notices are posted on the Finnrick web site along with the original data, for full transparency. As a matter of policy, we do not remove published data without clear, verifiable evidence of error.
Strict policies, vendor programs
We maintain strict submission policies while offering free and paid programs to help vendors deliver a safer and more transparent peptides market.
Important: To protect the integrity of our rating system, Finnrick does not accept samples directly sent by vendors, except through our restricted Launch with Finnrick program to bring new vendors or products to market.
We do not ever accept payment to modify ratings or delete test results.
In principle, we do not remove any data published on the Finnrick web site, except in limited cases as part of our objection process.

What is the Finnrick Pulse option?+−
Finnrick Pulse is an add-on to private testing. With Pulse, your COAs are listed on the Finnrick website and verifiable at finnrick.com/verify.
Your samples are anonymized and tested alongside all Finnrick samples — not as identified one-offs in an isolated batch. COAs are re-issued with your name after results are known to us. This mitigates conflicts of interest and reduces shared-flaw risks in testing a single batch.
Pulse results do not count towards your Finnrick Rating, but build a visible, growing track record of verified quality. Link to verifiable COAs, to your product page on the Finnrick site, or embed a Finnrick widget on your own site.

How can I encourage customer testing?+−
The majority of samples tested by Finnrick are already submitted by the public. You can encourage your customers to contribute some of their own.
We do not object to rewards or incentives, including providing free product if you wish, but do have one request: this must be limited to products the customer has already decided to purchase, and they must have the choice of what they send among several vials from the same batch.
Just point them to finnrick.com/start-testing and they can send us samples for free testing.

Grow with Finnrick: how does it work?+−
Some of your customers are already sending Finnrick samples of your products. When deploying Grow with Finnrick, you can subsidize their testing costs, ensuring we accept all submissions for your products.
We can develop co-branded activation assets (custom submission page, flyer to be included in your shipments, shipping materials), and issue unique activation codes.

Can I get my brand and batch IDs on test certificates?+−
Yes! Our private testing program was designed for your internal use or public communication, vetting suppliers or ensuring the quality of your supply chain.
It uses the same methodology and infrastructure as Finnrick, with volume pricing.
The certificates will be sent to you. By default, results are not published on the Finnrick web site. With the Finnrick Pulse option, your COAs can be listed and verified on the Finnrick website.
Will my test results get published on the Finnrick web site?+−
Not by default. Private testing results are for your own exclusive use. You can publish them or use them internally, with no restrictions.
However, with the Finnrick Pulse option, your COAs are listed on the Finnrick website and verifiable at finnrick.com/verify. Pulse results do not count towards your Finnrick Rating, but build a visible track record of verified quality.
